Not just a Swan Valley local, Tom grew up on the vineyards, a second generation winemaker learning his craft from his father. Chouette is his love letter to the region, and the distinctly modern wines have seen him nominated amongst the country’s most innovative winemakers in the Young Gun of Wine awards. Tom works primarily with the local heroes of Grenache and Chenin Blanc and aspires to preserve the heritage and the precious resource of the Swan’s old vines, whilst making youthful, radiant wines. Using no additions except for minimal sulphur, they are fun and fresh, made to be enjoyed in our hot climate.
